MINDFULNESS + PERFORMANCE
Mindset & Mindfulness for Hockey Players

Mindset is how you think. Mindfulness is how you manage your attention. Mindset shapes your confidence, attitude, preparation and response to adversity. Mindfulness develops the ability to stay present, aware and composed when the game speeds up. Together, they help players make clearer reads, better decisions, manage emotions and reset quickly after mistakes. The goal isn’t simply to create calmer players, it’s to develop focused, confident, adaptable and resilient competitors.

Rhythmic Mindfulness:
Training Focus Through Rhythm
Rhythmic Mindfulness uses drumming and rhythm as an engaging way to train focus, timing and presence. By syncing breath, movement and rhythm, players learn to regulate their energy, stay grounded under pressure and build a stronger connection between mind and body.
Riley help players develop these skills through simple breathing, awareness and visualization practices that players can use before, during and after games. These tools help players manage nerves, sharpen focus and bounce back quickly from mistakes, so they can stay locked in when it matters most.
